The trip from Dahej to Vapi is best done by rail. The Baruch train station is about a 45 minute drive from Dahej, and the train to Vapi takes about 2 1/2 hours. It’s a pleasant journey.

| Indian Railways has a nice website that not only tells you your car and seat number, but shows you where that car is on the train. We’re in car H1 on train 12926. |

| Baruch is a fairly large train station (5 platforms). The sign shows where each car will stop. It says “H1” in Hindi. (So we’re in the right place!) |
